You can use different bases such as soya milk, hazelnut milk or even apple juice. Mix and match different fruits, nuts, seeds, berries for different textures and tastes.
200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
Handful of frozen blueberries
Handful of oats
1. Slice the banana and put in a food processor (or use a hand blender) with the frozen blueberries, oats and almond milk. Blend until you get your desired consistency.
2. Pour in a bowl and top with chia seeds, coconut flakes and banana slices.
